Great Vietnamese cooking class

My wife and I had a wonderful afternoon learning a bit more about Vietnamese cooking and culture. Chef Ha is a very knowledgeable and friendly presenter; the ingredients were all ready to use, fresh, and tasty; and the results tasted great. We thought we had booked in for a 3 hr class, but ended up spending 4 1/2 hrs with Ha including a tour through the local shops at the end. It was great value and a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this class to others.

We participated in a corporate cooking class on a Friday after work and it was so much more fun than I expected!! There was plenty of food and lots of laughing and chatting. Ha was an excellent teacher - really friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Can highly recommend.

I would like to thank you for the fantastic class last Sunday. It was a very enjoyable experience covering all the practical aspects of cooking 'Japanese' in the home. Not only did you cover preparation of many favorites, such as sushi and Goya, you talked about many aspects of Japanese culture and their food production ... I loved it! Looking forward to coming again.
