This deep and rich sauce is ideal for grilling or pan-frying, it glazes fish, meat or hearty vegetables with a mirror sheen of sweet and savouriness.
Ingredients
- 90 g soy sauce
- 60 g mirin
- 60 g sake
- 24 g raw sugar
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat until the liquid has reduced by half and all the alcohol has evaporated.
