Perfect Guacamole
Ingredients
- . . 1 avocado ¼ lime juice ½ clove garlic chopped ¼ tsp salt
- . . 2 tomato, chopped ¼ white onion, chopped ½ clove garlic ¼ lime, juiced 3 sprigs coriander, chopped ¼ tsp salt
Directions

Open the avocado and mash with a fork until combined but still chunky. Stir in lime juice, garlic and salt.

Mix tomato, onion, garlic, lime juice and corriander and salt to make the salsa
