Duck confit is considered one best French dishes. The confit is prepared with process of preservation that consists of salt curing duck and then cooking it in its own fat. You can use this one as it is with some salad or roast potato or Mini Banh My, Pickle Vegetable, Confit Duck, Mayo
Ingredients
- 2 pcs Duck legs with 4 tasp rock salt marinading overnight
- 1 tsp Juniper berries, bashed
- 2 pcs Orange or rosemarry sprig
- 1 litter Duckfat
