How To Cook Prawn Crackers At Home

These prawn crackers or just crackers are a great snack to have on hand. Once you cook you will need to keep a box and it will be good few day later still.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Rice crackers
- 500 ml Canola oil
Directions

Bring a frying pan with oil to medium heat. When oil is hot, add a few prawn crackers and cook just until puffed - 15 seconds. Transfer to paper towels; let drain and cool. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for few days.
