Making Corn Tortillas at home is much easier than you think! In this class we can help you learn how to make Homemade Corn Tortillas including substitute, technique, ingredients, and equipment.
Ingredients
- . . 2 tbsp lard 85ml water 210 g flour 1 pinch salt
Directions

Mix in flour, water, lard and salt in a large mixing bowl. Make it into a dough. Cover it with stretch film and let it sit for 30 minutes.

2Divide the dough into 4-6 equal pieces

3Roll each piece

4heat a cast iron skillet in medium heat for 10 minutes then grill one piece at a time.
