Goma Ae- sesame miso sauce is nutty-rich and savoury sauce traditionally paired with lightly boiled and refreshed vegetables. These rolls make a refreshing and nutritious entree.
Ingredients
- 3 TBSP sesame paste
- 3 TBSP brown rice miso
- 2 TBSP dashi stock
- 1/2 TSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP raw sugar
- to taste - garnish: toasted sesame seeds
Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine this miso, sesame paste, sugar and soy sauce. While mixing, slowly incorporate the dashi stock. Reserve for later.
