Frijoles A La Chipotle (Beans)

Great and simple recipes that goes well with BBQ for the whole family to love.
Ingredients
- . . 150g/ 1 cup of cooked black beans (2.5L water, 1kg soaked beans 1 ham bone, 1 tsp salt) 2 tbsp lard 1 tbsp ham hock, diced ½ white onion, chopped ½ tomato, diced 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce Lard To taste: Salt and pepper

Heat a small frying pan over medium-low heat. Add 2 tbsp lard.
Sweat onions for 2-3 minutes until they begin to turn translucent.
Add ham hock, diced tomato and chipotle and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cooked black beans and season with salt and pepper.
