Five spice chicken drumsticks

These sticky Chinese chicken drumsticks are great with a simple salad or one rice or just by themselves.
Ingredients
- 2 pcs Chicken drumsticks skins on
- . . Marinade (1 tasp canola oil, 1 garlic cloves smashed, 1 tasp grated ginger, 1 tasp Shaoxing rice wine, 1/2 tasp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp five spice powder, 1/2 tasp honey)

For the marinade, put all of the marinade ingredients into a zip bag and stir to combine. Add the chicken and allow to marinade while you preheat an oven to 200 degree.
Put the chicken drumsticks on a roasting tray and roast for 20-30 minutes, or until the skin is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
Alternatively you can steam the chicken then fry them.
