Fish tacos

Fish Taco Recipe is super easy to make, healthy, and full of flavour. Your family will love this Mexican favorite!
Ingredients
- 250 g White Fish
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Wedge For juice Lime Juice
- Minced 1/2 tsp Jalapeno
- few garnish Fresh coriander
- to taste Chilli, Pepper, Salt
- . . Slaw (cabbage 1 cup, red vinegar 1 tasp, salt and pepper)
- 2 tasp Salsa and guacamole
Directions

Combine the olive oil, lime juice, and chili powder in a small bowl and whisk to combine.

2Place the fish with marinade over the fish. Sprinkle the jalapeno and corriander over it and let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

3To make slaw, toss shredded cabbage with red wine vinegar in a small mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4Heat a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add in fish and cook for about 4 minutes each side.

5Compile your tacos with fish, cabbage slaw, a little onion, tomato, coriander and guacamole and garnish with a lime wedge.
