Kaeng Khiao Wan- Green Curry Paste

This recipe is a base for making a fragrant and fresh Thai curry. The paste stores well in the freezer once prepared.
Ingredients
- 10 pc green chillis, Thai
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small shallots
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 2 pc kaffir lime leaves
- 2x2x2 cm galangal
- 4 stalks coriander root
- 1/4 pc kaffir lime skin
- 1/2 tsp cumin, ground
- 1/2 tsp coriander seed, ground
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp belancan (shrimp paste)
- 1 tsp salt

Pulverize all ingredients together in a mortar and pestle in a paste-like consistency is achieved.
