Mango Mousse with Cream

Great for a warm summer day, this mango whipped cream dessert is made with simple ingredients and takes only a few minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Mango diced 1cm
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 1 tasp Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- . . Salt
- 1 scoop each Whipped cream or icecream
- to garnish Fresh mint
Directions

Add chopped mangoes, orange, and lemon juices, sugar, and salt in a processor. Process until mixture is smooth.

2Whip the cream to stiff peaks.

3Fold mango puree mixture into the whipped cream and pour into individual serving dishes. Chill.
