Easy to make with fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- . . 1900 mL water 16g agar-agar 180g sugar ¼ cup lemon juice
- . . To garnish: assorted fruit.
Directions

1.) In a large pot, add water, agar-agar, sugar and whisk to dissolve.
2.) Heat the mixture until it comes to a boil.
3.) Pour the mixture into a mould.
4.) Add the lemon juice, then submerge fruit in the mould to your liking.
5.) Refrigerate for 3 hours to set.
