Rice paper wrappers are also known as banh trang in Vietnamese food.
Usage and cultural significance
Vietnamese and Thai use rice paper for preparing fresh or fried spring rolls. To prepare, submerge the rice paper in a wide bowl of shallow water a few seconds just to soften then you can roll them.
