Popular in Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine, egg noodles are similar in size and texture to thin spaghetti.

Usage and cultural significance

Fresh egg noodles should always be blanched before adding to your dish otherwise it has starch that make the soup broth cloudy. Stir-fry egg noodles with green vegetables, meat, seafood or egg. Flavour with soy sauce, oyster sauce and other type of sauces.
