Tomato, Butter Bean with Chorizo Stew

A hearty stew to feed you and your family with just few ingredients. Spicy chorizo and fresh tomato provide tons of flavour and so quick to make after a big day at work.
Ingredients
- 1 . Tomato chopped fresh or tin 400g
- . . Butter beans 400g, drained
- . . Quick pesto (1 hand full rocket, 1 tasp grated pamesan, 2 tasp pinenut or almond nut, 2 tasp olive oil, salt and pepper)
- 100 g Chorizo, sliced
Directions

Bring a sauce pan to medium heat and add sliced chorizo. Fry till they have some colour.
Add tomato and beans. Bring the the boil then lower the heat for simmering for another 10 minutes.
In the means time put all the pesto ingredients in a food processor. Turn on for 1 minutes to make the pesto. Season with salt and pepper.
Now your stew bean shall be ready, season and divided into bowls. Garnish with the pesto.
Eat with bread or rice or just on its own.
