Mushroom and Potato Curry

Create a tasty, spicy vegetarian dish with mushroom and curry in less than half an hour.
Ingredients
- 2-3 pcs potatoes medium sized , cubed
- 200 g 2 white button mushrooms
- 1 pcs small tomato diced
- as need water
- . . -----SPICES-----
- 1/2 teaspoon mild paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 Pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch saffron crushed
- . . -----FRESH SPICE------
- 1 pcs green chilli chopped
- 1 pcs garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1 pcs large onion diced
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon butter for frying the chicken (optional or use vegetable oil)
- 1 tablespoon chickpea flour
- 4 tablespoons tablespoons thicken cream (optional or just use coconut cream)
- . . few coriander leaf, lemon and cook rice or naan
