Mexican Beef

Mexican Beef fast to prepare and healthy dinner ideas. It’s a super simple that you can throw together last minute either before bed or before work. The end result plenty of perfectly tender and delicious beef for your tacos and salads.
Ingredients
- 200 g Beef stir fry quality (per person)
- . . 1 dry ancho chilli ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp coriander ½ tsp hot paprika ¼ tsp salt
- . . 1/2 white onion, diced 2 cloves of garlic, diced 100ml canned tomato 1 tomato, halved 900ml water 1 tsp canola oil
Directions

1.) Heat a pot over medium low heat, add canola oil and lightly brown beef on all sides.
2.) Add onions and garlic and cook for 3 minutes until onions begin to soften.
3.) Add water and canned, diced tomatoes.
4.) Seal the pressure cooker and cook at pressure #2 for 40 minute.
5.) Depressurize, open lid. Shred beef with forks and cook sauce until reduced.
