Grill Prawns with speedy Romesco sauce

This Spanish Romesco sauce recipe is made with roasted red peppers and almonds. You can use this versatile sauce for grilled prawn, pastas, steamed veggies and more.
Ingredients
- 1 unit Capsicum roasted
- 1 smash Garlic clove
- 1/2 cup Almond
- 1/4 cup Tomato puree
- 2 tasp Flat parsley
- 2 tasp Red vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Parprika
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 6 unit Large Prawn shell removed
Directions

Place the ingredients in a food processor and pulse them until very finely chopped. With motor running, slowly add olive oil and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
