Gado Gado- Steamed Vegetables, Sweet Soy Peanut

Gado Gado is traditional Indonesian salad. They are blanched vegetables and mix with peanut sauce.
Ingredients
- 8x1 cm fried tofu, cubed
- 2 pcs baby potatoes boil and cubes
- 5 pcs green beans steamed
- 1 pcs egg boiled and cut
- 1/2 pcs medium carrot, cut into flowers steamed
- 1/2 pcs small cucumber, cut into rounds
- 3 pcs shrimp crackers garnish
- 2 pcs cabbage leaves steamed
Directions

Steam the carrots and, green beans for 3 minutes or until tender, and the cabbage and fried tofu for 1 minute.
Serve with peanut sauce.
