Aloo Samosa

Samosa is one of the popular street food snacks in Indian.
Ingredients
- . . Dough (1/2 cup flour, salt and caraway, oil, 1/2 tasp ghee)
- . . Mix (1 boiled potato, 2 tasp smashed peas, chilli, coriander, ginger and raisins)
- . . Mix spice ( chilli powder, garam masala, crushed cashews)
Directions

Mix salt along with caraway seeds in the all purpose flour (maida). Add melted clarified butter and mix well. Add water and make it into dough. Rest well.

2Boil the potatoes and peas separately till done. Cool the potatoes and mash them well. In a bowl add mashed potatoes and add all dry masalas and green chilies, ginger and mix well.

3Add green peas, cashews and raisins and mix well. Add coriander and keep aside.

4Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a 5 inch diameter circle. Cut it into two parts like semi-circle

5Take one semi-circle and fold it like a cone. Use water while doing so. Place a spoon of filling in the cone and seal the third side using a drop of water.

6Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the samosas in medium hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot
